|Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya is looking for an Assistant Talent Development Manager to be another member of our management team and be a part of this cultural icon. Assistant Talent Development Manager will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.
Assistant Talent Development Mgr. design and coordinate training that covers the organisation\'s present and future needs, Your day-to-day tasks could include:
Speaking with other managers to identify training priorities
Drawing up an overall training plan
Producing training materials, including e-learning when suitable
Working with external providers to develop specialist courses
Managing and leading a team to deliver and assess programmes
Updating training records and keeping all relevant documentation
Giving all staff the opportunity for ongoing development
Making sure training is cost-effective within budget and time limits.
Stays current with developments in the field of Human Resources Development, and makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to the Training Manager/Director of Human Resources
Implement English training programs and procedures for all levels of band member
Develop and implement a system for assessing the level of English of each band member including new hires
Work closely with Training Manager and all DHs to establish practical schedule for English Language Training Program
Conduct English language training programs for all levels of band members to ensure competency in using English language as per job requirement
Improve overall competency of English for management i.e., memo, report writing etc.,
Responsible for English screen test program for job applicants and make a critical comment to HR Manager
Responsible for English correspondence used in the property such as welcome letters, apology letters, thank you letters, booking confirmation format, banquet and rooms offer letters etc.,
Perform other tasks relating Human Resources Management/Development or organizational development assigned by Training Manager or Director of Human Resources.
THAI Citizen only, Female or Male, age more than 25 years old
Bachelor degree or higher ,Major English, Educational sciences, Hospitality Management or related fields
At least 2 to 5 years in English teaching experience, English for hotel business is an advantage, preferably in the hotel industry
Computer, Internet, E-mail and MS Office literate are essential
Excellent English written and oral communication with a coaching skill
Ability to design the teaching media for every levels of learner
Should be a leader who possesses good analytical skills with strong management and problem solving expertise.
Outgoing & cheerful personality and be highly presentable
