Objectives of the Job :-
The CSR is responsible for the warehouse operation in terms of operate the throughput; Document control (Receiving till Dispatch process), CMMS system, including can be communicate with Supplier, Other dept., Customer for corrective the problem are preferable. This includes all processes and the regulatory framework required to ensure all warehouse targets are met.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
Perform receiving/dispatching of warehousing documentation as well as the system update in timely and accurate manner.
Effectively co-ordinate and plan brokerage or other activities.
Executes the daily work schedule within the prescribed budget and in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
Ensures effective communications with co-workers, supervisors, other work functions, departments or external parties.
Executes and records warehouse administrative activity and compliance in relation to company policies and procedures in term of finance, safety, quality and productivity.
Monitors and records inventory activities in the warehouse.
Perform duties in compliance with UTi\'s QMS, Lean Methodology and client specific requirements.
Coordinates and controls the activities, plans, and programs of the functions and the activities under their direction within the authorized limits prescribed company policies, programs, procedures, budgets, laws and business ethics.
Assist staff for daily problem analysis and decision making.
Process and appropriately file all activity related documents such as Invoice, Customs entry and all important documents
Attend to complaints and enquiries in a professional, friendly and timely manner
Communicate with clients and suppliers when changes to agreed plans are uncovered and escalate to superiors in a proactive and timely manner
Coordinate with principal suppliers about product situation and client requisition schedules
Coordinate for import & export shipments
Comply with customs regulation & policy
Minimum Qualifications Required :-
Have Bachelor degree in Business, Logistic & Supply Chain preferably.
1-3 years’ experience in either the production/manufacturing or logistics field is required. A must to have experiences Logistics or Warehouse Operational Activity.
To be successful in this role you will require the following :-
Good in English; verbal and written skills are required
Experienced with Microsoft Office programs. Proficiency with other IT applications is a plus.
Strong discipline, analytical/calculation skills, self-motivation, organizational skills, ability to work independently as well as a team member, and ability to work under pressure/tight deadline are all key characteristics.
A customer centric approach to dealing with clients and in conflict resolutions and commitment to team success is a must.
