Operation name/ area: LCH / 5,000 sqm.
Client’s industry type - name: Automotive – AAT, FTM and JCI.
Containers/week: 200 - 500
Collection or delivery/ week: 50 – 150

Objectives of the Job :-
LTI & LTIFR.
Ensure client is fully supported on time delivery
Departmental costs control inclusive of internal customers
Down time due to parts shortages to Client
Effective change management process (eg: breakpoint, obsolescence exposure, zero stock outs)
Roles & Responsibilities :-
Ensure 100% on time delivery to clients.
Cost effective management of all warehousing, plus internal & local client transport systems.
Ensure materials stock control within lean principles in line with key organisational performance indicators
Maintain stock accuracy
Minimum Qualifications Required :-
Have Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Logistic & Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering preferably.
2-4 years Materials planning experience in either the production/manufacturing or logistics field is required. A must to have experiences in Logistics Operational Activity around Automotive Spar part line of products.
To be successful in this role you will require the following :-
Good English; verbal and written skills are required to efficiently communicate with international clients and colleagues.
Experienced with Microsoft Office programs. Proficiency with other IT applications is a plus.
A customer centric approach to dealing with clients and in conflict resolutions and commitment to team success is a must
Strong Negotiation skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
Effective overall communication skills
Work safe and quality systems.
