Iraqui Men Arrested for Burglary Luxurious Hotel in Pattaya

The police officers arrested two Iraq nationals who were suspected to be part of burglary gang for the burglary case at the luxurious hotel in Pattaya.

PATTAYA – June 13, 2014, [Pattaya Daily News]: At 11 am on Thursday, at Pattaya Police Station, the Acting Superintendent, Police Colonel Supatree announced the arrest of two Iraq Nationals, suspected of Burglary, Mr. Haider Adel Twaiur aged 34 and Mr.Talal Tarik Alsadune aged 40 who were caught with the equipment that is used to open a door knob, two screwdrivers and a set of skeleton keys, which the men claimed they purchased from Australia for 40,000 Baht, an Olympus camera, a SEIKO watch, and 2 silver necklaces in their possession. The men were arrested while they were in the process of breaking-into a room at the View Talay Holiday Resort on Jomtien Second Road. One of the men was found inside a car, with the engine still running, and he appeared to be waiting for his friend who was committing the robbery.

After the preliminary investigation, the men denied the burglary committed. However, items found were taken into evidence and the case will be prosecuted accordingly to Thai law.
