PATTAYA-Recently-[PattayaDailyNews] According to the case where Pattaya officials had ordered the Boutique hotel to dismantle 2 of their buildings which had been constructed illegally.

Pattaya officials had enforced the law to dismantle the buildings which had been constructed illegally and lawyers had been notified to prosecute the wrongdoers; however, the owners where still running their business as normal. As a result the officials closed the buildings temporarily and intend to dismantle the buildings themselves after the problem had been going on for a very long time.

Mr Weerawat Khakai- deputy mayor of Pattaya- said that the 3 buildings were still in operation after they were ordered to close. The operators have now tried to sue the officials for damaging the buildings and had asked for 300,000 baht from the officials for damage costs.
