Human Skull And Skeleton Remains Found!

Human skull and skeleton remains were found in Koh Chang it is estimated that the person has been dead for about seven months.

KO CHANG – September 7, 2013 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 5:30 PM Koh Chang volunteer rescue Association along with officials made their way to the incident scene after being reported of a human skull and skeleton resting beneath the tree branches in Koh Chang near the Koh Chang Grand Laguna Resort, Baan Bang Bao Moo 1, Koh Chang . It took them one hour before they were able to reach the destination of incident.

At the scene human skull of a European citizen along with skeleton remains were found under a tree. As well as a grey nylon rope that is usually used for fishing were stuck on the branches. It is believed that he hung himself and then fell when the body started decaying. About 1 meter from this incident a black rucksack written HAMINTON was found. In the rucksack passport of Mr. Paul Clive Haminton Ritchie, 34 years old Indian British mix but holds a British passport was identified.

The hotel’s staff from Koh Chang Grand Laguna Resort that is located nearby claims that 7 months ago they saw a tourist Kayak pass their hotel but on the way back the was alone. They are not sure whether it is the same person as the one whose skeletons have been found. Official stated from the skeleton it can be estimated that the person has been dead about seven months ago. It would have been that he hung himself or it could have been a murder. The police are now investigating.

Police Superintendent claims after checking his passport they found that a person had reported a missing relative along with a picture. It was reported at the police station 6(Trad) last year, pictures were posted for the missing individual. Until recently just a human skull and skeleton has been found.
