PATTAYA-April 18,2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; On Na Klua roads which have been packed with expats arriving to take part in “Wan Lai” in Na Klua reporters were informed that many expats especially foreigners were using high pressure water guns that they had bought from street vendors even though the police have warned vendors and users about these blue PVC water guns many times in the past.

OCPB (Office of The Consumer Protection Board) have asked for collaboration that the selling and use of high pressure PVC water pipe guns to be prohibited. However this kind of gun is still sold in some areas and most of the buyers are foreigners. This type of gun is very dangerous because the users always focused on the faces of motorcycle riders. Also in some cases people have sustained eye injuries from being hit in the face with these high pressure PVC water guns.
