Girl Tricked After Selling Camera On Facebook

A Thai girl has been tricked by another Facebook user who use her picture to fool another.

SI RACHA – February 1,2016 [PattayaDailyNews]; Ms.Thamolwan Pranamseh aged 23 who is a fitness employee revealed to the reporters that someone used her image to sell camera on social media and she had been dishonoured on it.

 

She revealed that she posted a picture of her camera (Casio ZR 1500) on her personal Facebook and the price was 8,500 baht. Later another man on Facebook asked her to buy it and asked her for her ID card picture and her account for transaction. She gave him those things; however, the man used her picture and account to sell away the camera to another one for 4,000 baht.

 

Later she had been transferred 4,000 baht before the man who asked her ID card called her and told her that he transferred the wrong number and asked her to transferred 4,000 baht to him and he would transfer the full amount to her the day after.

 

However, she transferred 4,000 baht to him and she didn’t yet realise that she has been tricked. Later her friend just told her that she has been criticised on the social media that she was a thief. As a result, she decided to notify the police.

 

Upon inspection the officers found out that she transferred 4,000 baht to the account of Mrs.Kancha Prasert and the police officers would investigate to hunt the villain so far.
