German Man Drugged and Robbed in Pattaya

A young German man was drugged and robbed by 2 Thai girls who offered him a massage. They stole his phone and 10,000 THB before fleeing the scene.

PATTAYA – June 30 ,2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; – at 18.20 pm. Pol.Lt.Jakkrit Jantakam-investigation inspector of Pattaya police station-was notified that a foreigner had been drugged and robbed in Jasmin Villa Hotel, Soi Buakaew road, Pattaya Klang. After notification Pol.Col.Suppatee Boonkrong led a team and Sawang Borriboon Thamma Satharn rescue team to the scene.

 

At the scene they found Mr Kolberg Laszlo aged 21 from Germany who was lying on the bed and his friends were taking care of him. Therefore the officers performed first aid on him before sending him to hospital. In addition the officers found a bottle of sparkling water, half glass of sparkling water, KY jelly, condoms. Also the safe box was open.

Upon questioning Mr Kolberg he told police that in the afternoon he met 2 Thais girls who stayed on same floor as him. Later the girls befriended him and offered him a massage in his room which he accepted. While he was being massaged one of the girls gave him the glass of sparkling water which he drank and quickly became unconsciousness. When he woke up the girls had gone and they had taken 10,000 baht and his cell phone. He then shouted for help from his friends in the room next door.

 

M.Sung Sangchat the 61 year old hotel personnel told the police that Mr.Kolberg and his friend rented two rooms on June 29th and the Thais girls had rented their room 2 days before MrKolberg. The officers then asked for the girls ID card and one of the girls was identified as Ms Wongdeun Wongsiri aged 33 and she had checked out after the incident.

 

The police officers revealed that they had collected the CCTV and they were now hunting the girls to prosecute them as soon as possible.
