Four People Arrested For Selling Fake Car Documents And License Plates

The Anti-Vehicle Theft Division of the Royal Thai Police were able to arrest 4 Thai nationals for reportedly selling fake license and car documents over the internet.

BANGKOK – October 12, 2013 [Pattaya Daily News]; At the HQ of the Metropolitan Police Bangkok, a press conference regarding the arrest of 4 casualties that were involved in selling fake car documents as well as license plates. The criminals were aged from 27 to 55 years. Following the arrest, police were able to seize 6 fake license plates and 56 fake car documents as wells over 140 driving licenses.

Police came to the attention of this gang after a tipster reported that a certain user on the website ‘black-m.com’ was selling fake license plates, driving licenses and many other things that are illegal.

All of the 4 detainees admitted that they all contributed to crime. Though they did claim that they received their goods from a certain civil officer who worked at the Dept. of Land Transport. Police will now further collect evidence and information in order to arrest the supposed civil officer.
