Foreigner Gang Caught Using Fake Electronic Cards

Pattaya police have arrested a foreign gang who made and used fake electronic cards to buy things in department stores across Chonburi.

PATTAYA – November 28,2014 [Pattaya Daily News] at 18.00 pm Pol.Maj.Gen.Nitipong Niemnoi-superintendent of Chonburi- was accompanied with Pol.Lt.Col.Chitdecha Songhong-deputy superintendent of Chonburi- , Pol.Lt.Col.Poomsit Singthuen-deputy superintendent of Pattaya police station- and other police officers who arrested a Mr.Kung Yungwon aged 45 from Korea, Mr.Amad Rise aged 45 From Pakistan and Mr.Muhammad Navik Anwa aged 39 from Pakistan.

 

They were caught with 13 electronic cards, fake Japan passport, a Samsung Note 4, laminator, film laminator, equipment that is used to make fake electronic cards, a passport, 4 boxes of printer ribbon , a box of laminating plastic, a box of cleaning card and 3 pairs of luxury woman shoes.

 

Pol.Maj.Gen.Nitipong revealed that on the 26th November at 14.00 pm the police were notified by the Kasikorn bank that a foreign gang had used fake electronic cards to buy things in Pattaya totalling many millions of baht. Therefore he ordered officers to investigate the truth until they caught the villains in a Toyota Yaris car at Tesco Lotus in North Pattaya where they were all arrested.

 

Initially the police questioned all the suspects who confessed to making the fake electronic cards to buy things in department stores in Chonburi. They always bought expensive smart phones before they sold them and shared the money. Also they had all notified Interpol that they had lost their passports.
