Foreign Tourists Attacked Injured In BarTwo foreigners were attacked by Thai men in Pattaya bar. In addition, suspects used to be caught for attacking foreigner last year.
PATTAYA – September 9,2016 [PattayDailyNews]; at 02.30am Pol Lt Col Surasak kanokwilas, inspector of Pattaya police station, was notified that 2 foreigners were attacked injured in Soi LK Metro. After notification the police officers were immediately dispatched to inspect the crime scene.
At the location the officers found Mr Tareyuki Kamiyama 41-year-old Japanese who was attacked in face and Mr Steven 44-year-old Sweden national who had bruises on body. Initially, the officers performed first aid on them.
Upon questioning eyewitness he told the officers that Mr Tareyuki was in Pattaya first day and he hung out in a bar. As he was in the bar, he was hit by a man before Mr Steven tried to help him. After that the attacker also kicked Mr Steven once before he took Mr Steven’s wallet contained 5,000 baht and ran away with a Thai girl.
Later the police officers caught 2 suspects comprised of Mr Pattana Muensaeng aged 24 and Mr Patiphan Thuekwamsue aged 28; however, they still rejected any allegation.
Plus, the suspects used to filed a charge of attacking foreigner on 5 April 2015.
