On November 12, 2007, at 08.30 AM, Pol.Sub.Lt. Nathapol Aga-ruen, Banglamung, was notified that a motorbike crashed into a tour bus and the motorbike rider was dead. The accident was in front of Thai Class Hardware shop, Soi Chaiyapruke, Moo 12, Nongprue, Banglamung, Chonburi. After notification, police team and Sawang boriboon rescue rushed to the scene.
The incident was about 500 meters to Sukhumvit road. Officials found a black Honda Wave motorbike, model I 125, had crashed and stuck into the right rear side of a blue tour bus, routing Bangkok-Sattahip, side No. 36-6. P. 2, license 10-3451, Chonburi. The tour bus was parked and headed to Sukhumvit road. Officials found a packet of hashish by the side of the motorbike and confiscated as evidence.

Mrs. Supaporn (44), mother of the death, from house No. 334/73, Moo 12, Nongprue, was crying by the side of Mr. Kavin (17), her dead son. Kavin was a son from her Finn husband. He was in M.S. 3, high school student, from Triam-udom suksa school. His neck, arms and legs were broken with many scrapes and blood all round his body.

Mrs. Supaporn told officials with tears on her face that her son left home on his motorbike in early morning. He said he was going to see a friend in Huey Yai. She had a phone call from police later that her son was dead then she rushed to see the body. Mr. Akawat Sangwong (28), a witness, who is a staff member of Thai Class hardware shop, told police that he saw Mr. Kavin was riding on a motorbike in a very high speed, heading to Sukhumvit road. He attempted to take over a concrete mixer truck (could not remember the license) on the left. Kavin did not see the tour bus that was parked on the roadside then crashed into it and caused him dead.

Officials presumed that Kavin had left home to buy hashish (a packet fell on the side) from Baan Huey Yai area for consuming. He was rushing back home and attempting to take over a concrete mixer truck on the left without seeing the parking tour bus, then crashed into it to cause him dead on the spot. Officials had made a scene plan and allowed the relatives to take the body to perform religious rituals.
