Finally Man Exposing Himself In Public Caught In Pattaya

PATTAYA- Recently[Pattaya Daily News] regarding to Ms.Titipatcha Pungklang aged 32 recorded the video of the man who exposed himself in a public area. She posted the video on Facebook which caused a lot of interest resulting in viewers appealing to the police to arrest him.

 

On 9 January at 10.00 am, Pol.Col.Suppatee Boonkrong-acting superintendent of Pattaya police station- was accompanied with Pol.Lt.Col.Chinnawat Sisawas-deputy superintendent- and police officers to arrest Mr.Chedpinit Nonsirad aged 22 who was in possession of two women’s underwear in his motorcycle.

Upon questioning him he confessed that he was an employee of a grocery in Laem Chabang and he confessed that he exposed himself to Ms.Titipatcha. He added that he did this because he watched porn and became horny and he couldn’t control himself. Later he decided to ride his motorcycle around to find a beautiful girl before exposing his genital. However he insisted that he never intended to rape anyone. Also he changed his name because he was arrested on a charge of exposing himself before and no one accepted him to work because he had this on his police record. He had been known to have suffered previously with mental illness, however, his medication and treatment was unsuccessful.

 

Pol.Col.Suppatee revealed that this case drew the attention of a lot of people so the officers intended to arrest the man. Later the officers were notified that he was riding the motorcycle on Pattaya beach road. Police prosecuted him on charge of exposing himself in a public area and he was fined 500 baht and sent to Bang Lamung hospital.
