Fatal Motorbike Accident

A motorbike which was being ridden at high speed collided with the front of a tour bus killing one and injuring the other.

PATTAYA – January 7,2016 [PattayaDailyNews]; at 9.30 p.m., Pol.Lt.Col. Kittiphong Srichamnarn (Inquiry Official of Pattaya City police station, Chon Buri province) was notified that there was a fatal motorcycle accident involving a tour bus. The incident occurred in front of Mae La Or market located near Jomtien beach.

 

At scene the officers found 2 injured male victims aged approximately 15-18. The first victim was the passenger who was severely injured and was sent to Banglamung hospital. The second who was the rider was severely injured and needed CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) at the scene but later died.

Upon questioning Mr. Suthee Pho-pom, aged 46 the a tour bus driver he told police that he was on the way to Suvarnabhumi airport when a the bike overtook him but clipped the front of his bus causing them to lose control and crash.

 

Initially, Pol.Lt.Col. Kittiphong Srichamnarn (Inquiry Official of Pattaya City police station) took photographs of the accident and will check the nearby CCTV cameras to find the real cause of the accident.
