The star dish is none other than the jacket potatoes, also known as “Kumpir” in Turkish, which are basically baked potatoes with various fillings, mixed with soft cheese and toppings of your choice with over 20 different varieties to choose from. You can try “Kumpir Ocean Feast”, which is potato freshly baked in a traditional oven, with stuffing mashed with butter, salt and cheese, topped with tuna and mayonnaise, fermented olives, preserved red cabbage, corn and peas. You will be impressed by the soft and aromatic texture of the potato as its deliciousness is elevated by the different taste of each topping. It is truly a heavenly experience.

Meanwhile, “Kumpir Master” consists of chicken sautéed Turkish sauce, coleslaw salad, olives, cornichons, Turkish-style chili sauce and Haydari (a thick tangy yoghurt dip).
