Highlights include seafood on ice – oysters, New Zealand mussels, caviar, blue crabs, prawns and whelks, seafood on the grill – tiger prawns, rock lobsters, blue crabs and seabass in banana leaf, foie gras, Australian lamb, Australian rib eye, honey glazed Virginia ham, baked New Zealand mussels and river prawns with cheese, pasta, homemade pizza, sushi, sashimi, breads, cold cut, cheese corner and a wide selection of desserts, red velvet cheesecake and pink chocolate fountain. Price is at THB 1,850 nett per person. Available at Edge Restaurant, level 14 from 6pm – 10.30pm.

 

‘Flare’ Restaurant presents a romantic dinner with an array of creative menus inspired by love songs; ‘Just the Way You Are’ – imported oysters with pomegranate mignonette at THB 950 nett, ‘When I Fall In Love’ – grilled Canadian lobster and pineapple salad at THB 1,750 nett, ‘I Will Always Love You’ – seared Japanese sea scallops with fried rice noodle in tamarind sauce at THB 750 nett and ‘Love Me Tender’ – Snow fish with tom yam sauce, mushroom and young coconut at THB 750 nett. Available at Flare Restaurant, level 15 from 6pm – 10.30pm.

 

Celebrate your Valentine’s Day in a private island while indulging a stunning sunset view over Pattaya bay at Drift Lobby Lounge & Bar. Valentine’s private island package includes a set of premium sharing tower; foie gras& prune terrine topped with strawberry, thyme salsa and brioche, Fine de Claire oysters and scallop with warm creamy potato and black caviar, blinis with smoked salmon, honey dill and salmon roe, mille-feuille and royal chocolate cake. The package is priced at THB 4,500 nett per couple. Moreover, a la carte menus are available such as chilled seafood – Fine de Claire, Canadian lobster, Alaskan king crab, New Zealand mussels, sashimi set, grilled Australian striploin and grilled Australian lamb.
