Elephant Coma At Sanctuary of Truth

An elephant in Sanctuary of Truth has suffered coma after she had been really terrified firework in New Year night.

PATTAYA- 6 February- [PattayaDailyNews] On social media, a pictures of a female elephant aged 50 year old living in Sanctuary of truth who had suffered severe injured and she needs help. She had suffered the illness because she had been extremely frightened the firework sound in New Year night.

 

The reporters interviewed Ms.Poonnapha Natthapat aged 20 who is volunteer of SawangBorriboon rescue team and she revealed that she has heard the news as she was listening to the radio communication of the rescue team; therefore, she and her boyfriend went to Sanctuary of Truth to see her. At the scene, she met Mr.Suriya who told her that she should be moved to cure in Surin province. Ms.Poonnapa undertook to move the elephant because she has crane truck and she later posted the picture of ill elephant on a website.

Later Mr.Pattaraphol Maneeaon- veterinarian of Department of National parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation- kept in touch her and suggested her to help the elephant to sleep on one side because she had lied on her stomach before Ms.Chanika Bumroongpakdee- veterinarian of Thonglor Pet Hospital Pattaya- went to perform first aid on her.

 

Mr.Chat Jayawong- manager of public relation- revealed that she belonged to a mahout from Surin and she has given a ride to the guess in Sanctuary of Truth for a years. Later she suffered the illness because she was really frightened the firework sound in New Year night. However, those staffs have tried so hard to cure her.
