Drunk Construction Worker Stabs Colleague

A drunk construction worker who was talking about politics with his friend didn’t like the political views that his friend had. They exchanged heated words over the topic resulting in one of the men being stabbed.

PATTAYA – November 25,2013 [Pattaya Daily News]: at 00.10 am. Pol.Col.Anuchet Karssomboon, detective officer of Pattaya police station, sub branch, Dongtarl corner, Chonburi reported that a man had stabbed his friend, severely injuring him, in the labour rooms, behind Jomtian complex, moo 1, Nongprue, Banglamung, he rush to the crime scene with rescuers from Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Muang Pattaya.

At the crime scene, they found Mr.Damrong, 37 years old, home town of 69/1, moo11, Nongku, Lamplaimas, Bureeram, a construction labourer, who was a attacked he had sustained a large cut to his neck and his left hand he was covered in blood. The rescuers gave him first aid then sent him to Banglamung hospital. After checking the location, the police found broken bottles scattered all over the floor. Upon questioning the victim, he confirmed that the man who stabbed him was also a construction labourer from the same place, his name was Joe, aged around 25-30 years old, after work he and Joe drank alcohol together and started talking about the mob in Bangkok which led to them arguing. Joe then grabbed a knife, and stabbed the victim. Joe then fled the scene. The victim walked out on to the main road to seek assistance.

The police are now looking to arrest Joe and prosecute him according to Thai law.
