Drinking Drug Dealer Caught in Pattayaland – 3 Arrests

A group of 3 intoxicated men behaving rowdily on Pattaya Beach Road, were also found to be using Yaba. One of them was caught selling drugs to foreigners and female bartenders.

Pattaya, 29 January 2011 [Pattaya Daily News]: At 02.00, Police Captain Nethithon Radtonsuchanan, Pattaya Police Station, along with a troop of police officials and volunteers worked together to arrest Mr. Phrasit Phothigaew 26, residence: 49 Moo13 Jonkemak Phrakhonchai Buriram occupied as a supervisor of beach umbrellas and seats on Pattaya beach. He was arrested in possession of 8 pills of Yaba, which he was trying to sell to a group of foreigners near in a soi 13/3 (Pattayaland1) Beach Rd Pattaya . Mr Phromi Rachabanthidt, 43, and Chaowarint Henviseph ,19, friend of Mr. Phrasit were also arrested, as they were found causing trouble amongst a group of foreigners while being very drunk. The police checked their urine for other drug substances within their system and it turned out that both of them had taken drugs. Both of them confessed that they had bought drugs from their friend Mr. Phrasit and taken them in, before drinking.

Mr. Phrasit said that he has only been selling drugs for a month. His real work is to supervise the chairs and umbrellas in a sitting area on Pattaya beach. A friend had just given him some drugs to sell, so he sold them to foreigners and the bee bartending ladies until he got caught. Mr.Phrasit was charged with the illegal possession of the illegal class 1drug (Yaba). His friends are both guilty of the abuse of the drug ‘Yaba’, investigation officials will look further into this to proceed according to the law.
