Drainage Project Inspected

Pattaya officials have inspected the progress of the new drainage system on Pattaya beach road.

PATTAYA – Recently [PattayaDailyNews]; Pattaya officials have approved a 192 million baht of budget to start the construct of a drainage system in order to prevent the deterioration of Pattaya beach. They intend to construct a Culvert Box which is 1.00×5.80 meters with CSO pool 2. The CSO pool which is 5×11 meters in size with 200 metre HDPE pipes will drain water into the sea and it will be installed in North Pattaya. The officials believe that the system will sort the flooding problem in Pattaya.

Dr.Weerawat Kakhai- deputy mayor of Pattaya- and officers went to inspect the progress on the project in North Pattaya, the contractor reported that the construction is going well. It’s expected that the system will be ready soon and will drain away excess flood water.
