Mrs.Li said that she was bitten by the dog because a puppy stole her shoe and put it under the car, so she went to get her shoe back. Later she was bitten by another dog as she was bending down to get her shoe.

Fortunately, she got only 2 scratches and her son took her to the hospital. She had to have an injection to prevent hydrophobia that is widely spread these days, Mrs.Li said.

In addition, the dog that bit Mrs.Li had annoyed the local people every day because it always stole things and chewed belongings.

She added that she had no idea about this and she didn’t want to ask for damage cost from the owner because she was close to them and she lived near the neighbor. On the incident day (20 January), the house owner was not at the house and she had to wear the shoe so she had to get it herself before she was bitten by the dog.
