Disabled Girl Has Gold Necklace Snatched In Pattaya

A disabled girl in a wheelchair who was with her friend had her gold necklace snatched while they were heading to the beach to relax. The necklace was snatched by 2 men on a motorbike.

PATTAYA – September 28, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 09.30 am Pol.Col.Suppatee Boonkrong-acting superintendent of Pattaya police station- was notified that a disabled person had their gold necklace snatched on Central Pattaya road. After notification the police officers rushed to inspect the scene.

At the scene the officials found Ms.Watida Jaihom aged 23 and Ms.Sasipan Yekoh aged 24 who suffer from polio awaiting for the police in their wheelchairs. Ms.Watida revealed that they had bought some food and beverage to hang out on Sai Kaew beach. As they were going along the beach 2 men approximately aged 20-25 rode a motorcycle alongside her and the man on the back snatched her necklace before fleeing the scene.

 

She added that she was really sad about what had happened because it had taken her months to save up to buy the necklace. Also she would like to appeal to the police officers to arrest the snatchers as soon as possible.

Later the police had inspected the CCTV and found that it had recorded the images of the snatchers so the police will be arresting them in the very near future.
