Development of Personnel Service Performance Training

The Office of Immigration held the Project of Personnel Service Performance Training for the immigration offices of Chonburi and the provinces in region 2. Its aim is to hold up the three S’s service policy; Service Mind, Security and Standard.

Pattaya 16th January 2010 [Pattaya Daily News]  At the Bangkok-Pattaya Hospital, Banglamung, Police Lieutenant General Sakda Chuenphakdee, (Immigration office 3 Superintendant) chaired the opening ceremony of Development of Personnel Service Performance Training for Immigration offices of Chonburi and the provinces in region 2.  In addition, Police Lieutenant Colonel Athitsawad Kamonrat (Chonburi Immigration office Superintendent) along with officers of Immigration offices from Chonburi, Srakaew, Rayong, Chacherngsao, Trad and Jantaburi had joined the training.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Kamonrat, stated that to develop the service work to be performed and support the policy of the Immigration Officer, Commisioner Police Lieutenant General Wut Lippataphallop, then the project had to be organized. The impressive work with the visitors is the main important policy, with the three S service policy including Service Mind, Security and Standard.

Police Lieutenant General Chuenphakdee had stated that to have effective service, the first thing is to train the personnel to have a conscious mind and smile with a friendly personality to the visitors who will come back again.  In this project, the trainees will have practical knowledge and the methods to use in work as well as their own lives and social circle.
