General Situation
The weaken monsoon trough moved to lies across Myanmar, Laos and upper Vietnam. Less rain are expected in The upper Thailand. The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. Fairly widespread thundershowers are likely over the South and the East, as well as isolated heavy rain in the areas. The provinces include Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phang-nga, Chumphon and Surat Thani. People in the areas should beware of the severe condition. The wave height in the upper Andaman Sea is expected 2-3 meters. All ships in the Upper Andaman Sea and upper Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore.
