General Situation 

The high pressure extends to upper Thailand is weaker. Cool weather and fog in the morning likely over the areas. The westerly winds in the upper air prevails over the North causing cool and temperature drop 1-3 °C.

 

The moderate northeast monsoon over the Gulf and southern Thailand affects isolated heavy to very heavy rain over the South while waves height 2-3 meters are likely in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats in lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammrat downward keep ashore lasting 20 November.
