General Situation
The weak high pressure covers upper Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea is weakened effect to the upper Thailand is increasing temperature but still cool weather in the North and the upper Northeast with fog in the morning.
The easterly wave was covers the lower Northeast and forecast it will move to cover the East, the lower Central and the South during 19-22 Nov, 2016. Rain is likely in these areas in this period. The South has remains continue rain. All people in the North and the Northeast should beware due to the poor visibility.
The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand. Isolated heavy rain in the lower South east coast.
