General Situation
The monsoon trough lies across the northern and the northeastern of Thailand are weakening. The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Less rain over the upper Thailand but rain remains in the Southern west coast.

 

The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore lasting 17 July.

 

Tropical Typhoon “CHAN-HOM” over the coast of Hangzhou, China. All travelers should stay tuned for the weather update. The storm does not have a significant impact on Thailand.
