Court Judge Suffers An Accident That Injured Himself And His Family

A court judge had suffered an accident where his car collided with another car making the judge's car fall of a bridge, resulting in fatal injuries to all the passengers.

PATTAYA – October 8, 2013 [Pattaya Daily News]; Nong Prue Police were informed that a car accident happened at the motorway no.7 involving two cars. The incident was reported to have exactly happened near the Million Year Stone Park and Crocodile farm. Police and medics were immediately rushed out to the scene.

At the scene, police found a Toyota Camry car under bridge which contained 4 passengers, two children were amongst the four passengers. The driver was known as Mr. Panthep Prempasertsuk, aged 52. Rescuers immediately pulled the mother and two children out of the car, they were still conscious but they had suffered severe injuries from the collision. They have now been sent to a local hospital to receive emergency treatment. Rescuers couldn’t pull out Mr. Prempasertsuk as he was trapped his car remains, rescuers had to use special tools to cut through the metal and steel in order to pull him out of the car.

On the bridge, police found the car of 30 year-old Mr. Athit Artasa who was waiting for police arrive, he was said to be devastated by the accident.

From on-scene investigations, police found out that the car of Mr. Prempasertsuk had crashed with a metal following the collision with Mr. Athit, which eventually led to Mr. Premparsertsuk’s car to fall of the bridge.

As of now, no fatalities were informed.
