Court Issues Arrest Warrant for Sicko who Murdered 3 Children

Pattaya provincial court has issued an arrest warrant for a sicko murderer that killed 3 on National Children’s Day. The police assumed that he has already fled the area so now there is a nationwide man hunt for his arrest.

PATTAYA – January 11, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; from the case of the murder of 3 in a house address 245/194 Paradise Hill 2 village, Soi Boonsamphan, Moo 5 Tambon Nong Prue, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi province. The rape and murder of a Ms. Wiphawee Khamsai, aged 18, who was the niece of the house owner also the murder Michael James Liberman, aged 2 and Boy Joseph David Liberman, aged 7, who were brothers and half Thai and half American. Initially, the police had inspected the CCTV footage and found that it had captured the picture of the murderer clearly. Therefore Pol. Maj. Gen. Katcha Thartsart (Commander of Chonburi province) commanded Pol. Col. Somnuek Jankate (Superintendent of Nong Prue police station) set out to hunt for this murder to prosecute him according to the law because it was the very serious offence that had shocked many people.

Pol. Col. Somnuek Jankate informed journalists about the progress of this case and after he had checked for the license number of the murderer’s motorbike he found that it belonged to Mr. Natthawuth Saetia, aged 30, who is from Amphur Tha Muang, Kanchanaburi province, but the suspect that might be a Mr. Prajak Ma-sawaeng, aged 19, who is also a resident of Amphur Tha Muang, Kanchanaburi province. The officer also said that he had gathered all the eyewitnesses’ statements and evidence to ask the authority of Pattaya provincial court to issue an arrest warrant number 14/2557 dated January 11, 2014 in an allegation of killing people with criminal intent. The police will also inspect further about the relationship of Mr. Natthawuth and Mr. Prajak and whether the motorbike was stolen or not.

The police assumed that Mr. Prajak had already fled out of the area of Pattaya so Pol. Maj. Gen. Katcha Thartsart had sent a detective police team to hunt for Mr. Prajak . For Ms. Chanasda or Pop Thanarak, aged 17, who is the girlfriend of Mr. Natthawuth that escaped with him, the police will inspect further whether she was involved with this case or not and if she is the police ask for the court’s authority to issue an arrest warrant for her.


Sicko Murders 3 On National Children’s Day

A savage attack on National Children’s Day has left one 17 year old woman and 2 boys one aged 2 and the other aged 7 brutally murdered by a sick jealous individual. Police believe the murders was due to boyfriend being jealous of his girlfriend working in a go-go bar in Pattaya.
