Chinese Gang Busted By Pattaya Police

Chinese gang was caught after operating online casino website in Pattaya.

PATTAYA-18 May-[PattayaDailyNews]; at 14.30pm Pattaya police made the statement after they arrested 13Chinese suspects comprised of Mr Ming Chou Lee aged 40, Mr Xie Ruihao aged 26, Mr Wang Yong aged 28, Mrs Huang Lo Min aged 30, Mr Junze Qin aged 28, Mr Gong Chengjian aged 26, Mr Cai Yao aged 22, Mr Yi Zhipeng aged 24, Mr Chang Hongfei aged 26, Mr Liu Lei aged 22, Mr Li Bin aged 31, Mr Zhu Liangliang aged 24, Mr Tang Jibin aged 22.

 

The officers could confiscate several items such as 15 computers, 4 internet routers, 1 external harddisk, 5 CD contains customer account and other items.

 

Previously, Pattaya police found out that a group of Chinese rented a commercial building in BangLamung district to operate online casino website so the officers investigated until they ensure that these Chinese guys illegally operated casino website. Later the officers raided the building while they were working there.

 

Upon questioning Mr Ming Chou Lee, gang leader, he confessed that he and his team travelled to Thailand with student visa, however they aimed to operate illegal website in Thailand. Plus, he added that they operated only a few months but they generated over million baht. The leader earned 100,000 baht a month, while other earned 25,000-35,000 baht a month.

 

However, they will be prosecuted according to Thai law and they will be added into blacklist people.
