Chauffeur Found Dead In Pattaya Tour Bus

A bus driver has been found dead in a bus which was parked in a garage of a transportation company in Pattaya city.

PATTAYA – February 10,2015 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 1.10 p.m., Pol.Lt. Siraphudech Chamnarnkit (Inquiry official of Pattaya city police station, Chon Buri province) was notified that a man had been found dead in a shuttle bus that was parked in a garage of OA Transport Co., Ltd. which is located at no. 98/1 behind World Gems Gallery in Soi Phettrakul, north Pattaya, Moo 6 Tambon Na Kluea, Amphur Banglamung, Chon Buri province, so he reported it to his superior then rushed to inspect at scene together with forces of police team and rescuers of Sawang Boriboon Tharmma Sathan Rescue Foundation, Pattaya city.

 

At the scene the officers found the deceased inside a white bus, brand King Long, yellow license plate 32-6651 Bangkok, which belonged to Royal Parakon Co., Ltd. The deceased was identified as Mr. Phanuphon Weeraphan, aged 27,and was sat in the passenger seat. There were no traces of foul play. The officers assumed that he had been dead for around 7-8 hours.

 

Upon investigating Mr. Nukul Insaket, aged 47, who was a caretaker of the garage, he told the police that at approximately 4.00 a.m. he saw Mr. Phanuphon (the deceased) get into his bus and went to sleep so he didn’t bother him. Later a tour guide called Mr. Phanuphon to go and pick up some foreign tourists. Mr. Nukul then went to wake him up and found him dead inside the bus.

 

Pol.Lt. Siraphudet Chamnarnkit (Inquiry Official who is responsible for this case) assumed that Mr. Phanuphon might of suffocated or died of a heart attack. However the body was sent to Banglamung hospital for an autopsy to find the real cause of death.
