Centara Grand Residence Complained For No Progress

PATTAYA – March 2,2017 [PattayaDailyNews]; At Centara Grand Residence site, a large group of customers assembled to complain Pattaya journalists that they bought the room in the project but the operator didn’t yet kick off the project and some needs refund.

 

Previously, victims notified several official sections and some prosecute the operator in order to refund their deposit and installment; however, the operators are still silence to do anything. Plus, the operator claimed their bankruptcy the court and submitted the request to compromise 911 million I their debt.

Mr Pairoj Sumethanapit aged 46 said that he decided to buy a room on the first day of project launch because he believed in the project which is operated under “Centara” group. However, the project has been stopped without after that.

 

Mr Akkaraphan Chaneium aged 37 revealed that he decided to buy room in this project because he believed that this is mega project and they have famous actress as presenter. He just realized that the project has been manaed by Tulip and he decided to prosecute the operator after the project was stopped.

 

In addition, Tulip Co.Ltd is the operator who has constructed Waterfront skyscraper at Bali Hai which has been canceled by the official currently.

 

Centara Grand Residence is condominium and hotel on Jomtien beach. There are 351 rooms with 2 buildings.
