Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya announces the promotion of Customer Service Quality Manager

Mr. Andre Brulhart, General Manager of Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort, Pattaya recently announced the promotion of Lunwalai Puangsuwan as Customer Service Quality Manager with immediate effective.

Lunwalai graduated from Rangsit University, major in Business Administration and International Hotel & Tourism Industry Management, Bangkok (I-TIM). She has 12 years experience in hotel Services Operations such as The Grande Sheraton Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok, The Pacific City Club Bangkok, The Omni Hotel U.S.A., Sugarhut Resort & PIC Kitchen Restaurant and Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya as hotel’s grand opening team. Prior to promote as Customer Service Quality Manager, she was the Restaurant Manager at “Ginger & Lime” Asian restaurant, “Flames” grill restaurant, “Acqua” Italian restaurant, and “Zico’s” Brazilian bar & restaurant for 3 years.
