Car Shot At And Damaged In Chonburi

A car has been shot and damaged in Chonburi because the owner used to gamble on football results and was late paying the debt.

CHOMBURI – November 25,2014 [Pattaya Daily News] at 08.00 am Pol.Col.Surapong Thaiprasert-superintendent of Chonburi police station- went to inspect a scene with police officers after they were notified that a car had been shot by gunmen.

 

At the scene the police officers found a Toyota Yaris which belonged to a Mr.Jarukit Pinyaporn . It had been shot by a 9mm pistols and the officers also found a lot of bullet shells on the floor near the scene. The car had been shot 16 times and the damage was around 50,000 baht. The officers collected the bullet shells and a cigarette filter which they expected belonged to the gunman. Upon questioning the victim he revealed that he and his friend used to gamble on football results. He had paid the debt that he owed late. However the creditors were still angry with him and had thrown rocks at his house.

However the police officers warned the victim not to gamble on football and they will hunt the villain to be prosecuted.
