Car Hits Barrier In Pattaya

A car which was being driven by a student lost control and hit a barrier after a motorcycle cut in front of him on the Sukhumvit road.

PATTAYA-28th  February, 2015- [Pattaya Daily News] At 02.30 am Pol.Lt.Yom Promsart-inspector of Pattaya police station- was notified that a car had lost control and  crashed into a cement barrier in front of Paya Muang restaurant. After notification the police officers and municipal officers rushed to inspect the scene.

 

At the scene the officers found a Honda Civic car which was severely damaged. Mr.Thannawit krongsirikul aged 20 who was the driver was waiting for the police. The rescue team performed first aid on him before sending him to hospital.

 

Mr.Thannawit said that he was driving along the  Sukhumvit road when a motorcycle cut in front of him so he slammed on the brakes and lost control and hit the barrier.

Fortunately no one was injured and he added that he would like to ask Pattaya officials  to install  sign posts in order to prevent more accidents.

 

The reporters revealed that there was no enough light at the scene and the sign posts were not clear. In addition, he took  photos of the scene before he went to notify the police in order to ask for compensation from Pattaya officials.
