Car Collides With Minivan

A Thai woman collided into a minivan carrying 8 passengers on a Pattaya crossroad. Luckily nobody was killed but the passengers in the van had to be cut free.

PATTAYA-5th September- [PattayaDailyNews] at 06.00 am Pol.Lt.Sanun Kotanan- inspector of Pattaya police station- was notified that a car had collided into a minivan causing many injuries. After notification the police officers and rescue team rushed to the scene.

 

At the scene the officers found a TOYOTA van which had sustained damage. Upon inspecting the scene they found 8 injured people who were stuck in the van who needed to be cut free before being sent to hospital. The police officers also found a Nissan Almera which was also damaged. The driver was identified as Ms Supaphon Wiangkham aged 31, she told police that she didn’t know the road and when she reached the crossroad she collided with the minivan.

Mr.patom Punchooboon aged 38 who was the van driver revealed that his passengers were his relatives and they were heading to upcountry. He said he was driving normally when he was hit by the car which span the van round many times.

 

However, the police officers inspected the scene thoroughly and recorded the incident.
