Upon questioning Mr.Pongsak he said that he had borrowed the car from his friend and parked it in front of the restaurant before going to his room. Later someone knocked his room door and shouted that the car was on fire.

An eye witness revealed that before the incident occurred Mrs.Lawet Sunthornsin a 43 year old chef took 2 gas tanks and set them up in front of the bistro. While she was lighting the gas one of the line connectors accidentally came unplugged which caused a flame to shoot out and burn the car.

However the police officers had taken pictures and recorded the incident as the evidence before taking both sides to police station so that they can negotiate about the damaged cost.
