Business Man Shot Dead In Pattaya Car Park

A business man has been shot dead in a car park in Pattaya. It’s expected that he was murdered due to a business conflict or girl problem.

PATTAYA – October 27, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 18.30 pm Pol.Maj.Col.Pitak Nernsaeng-inspector of Pattaya police station- was notified that there had been a shooting in a car park in south Pattaya canal pumping building. After notification the police officers, doctors from Bang Lamung hospital and Sawang Borriboon rescue team rushed to inspect the scene.

 

At the scene the officials found the body of a Mr.Chalor Tedtong aged 51 he had been shot in his right eye and died instantly. Mrs.Pranee Sathiennam aged 48 his wife crying near the scene. Upon inspecting the driver’s door it had been shot once and there was a bullet shell behind the truck.

Upon questioning Mrs.Pranee she revealed that she and her husband had a restaurant on Koh Larn island and they took the boat from Ko Lan to Pattaya. Later her husband was parking his car in a car park when 2 men rode up on a motorcycle and shot him twice before fleeing the scene. Local people tried to chase them but they escaped.

 

Pol.Col.Suppatee Boonkrong revealed that the officials had questioned the witnesses and found out that the deceased was a contractor and restaurant owner. It’s expected that he might of had a business conflict or personal problem. However the police officers collected the CCTV near the scene.
