Burmese Lady Boy Snatcher ArrestedPattaya police have arrested a Burmese lady boy who snatched a gold neck lace from a Russian tourist.
PATTAYA – January 11,2016 [PattayaDailyNews]; at 3.30 p.m., Pol.Maj.Gen. Amphon Bua-rup-porn (Commander of Chon Buri provincial police station), Pol.Col. Sukthas Phoomphanmuang (Superintendent of Pattaya City police station) together made a statement about the arrest of Mr. Phee Soh Nita, aged 27 from Cambodian who had snatched property from a Russian tourist on January 7th, 2016. He was arrested with 1 fine gold necklace.
The police were notified on the night of January 7th 2016 by Mr. Aleksei Andrusenko,from Russia that he had his gold necklace stolen by a Burmese lady boy in front of the Park Royal 3 Pattaya condominium, Moo 12 Tambon Nong Prue, Amphur Banglamung, Chon Buri province.
Upon inspecting the CCTV the police knew what the snatcher looked like and he was on a rented motorbike. The bike was rented from Mr. E Intertown Vertail who then contacted Mr. Phee Soh Nita to come back to the shop. When he turned up the police arrested him.
Mr. Phee Soh Nita was then charged with theft and staying in the Kingdom illegally. However, the police will follow up to arrest Mr. Nid Nid who was also involved in the theft with Mr. Phee Soh Nita so they can both be prosecuted according to the Thai law.
