Burmese Gay Steals 10 Bottles of Beer In Pattaya

A Burmese gay has been caught stealing 10 bottles of beer from a beer bar. Police checked his criminal history and found that he had stolen over 300,000 THB worth of property from tourists in the past.

PATTAYA – September 8, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; Pol.Capt. Witsanu Chaisuwan (Deputy Superintendent of Pattaya city police station) was notified that bystanders had d capture a male thief that stole beer from a beer bar shop in Soi Sunee Plaza, south Pattaya, Moo 10 Tambon Nong Prue, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi province, so he rushed to inspect the scene with police officers.

 

At an incident they found Mr. Phrairat Singphon-ngarm, aged 23, who is a beer bar shop owner, and his employees who were detaining Mr. Withon, aged 24, who is a Burmese gay, with exhibits of over 10 bottles of beer, so the officers seized them for evidence.

Upon questioning Mr. Withon (a trouble maker), he confessed that he had gone to the bar with his friend in order to steal beer because the bar was very quiet and nobody was about. They then decided to steal some beer but as they were doing so an employee came back into the shop and caught them red handed. Mr. Withon was detained but his friend managed to flee the scene.

 

Initially, the police had checked Mr. Withon’s criminal history and found that in last 4 months he had stolen from foreign tourist’s which consisted of 1 notebook computer, 2 iPhone mobile phones and $8,000 , totalling approximately 300,000 THB but a victim of this case had gone back to foreign country. However, the police will contact this foreign victim to come to prosecute Mr. Withon but firstly he will be prosecuted for stealing beer from the bar.
