British Hooligan Caught After Destroying Victims House In Pattaya

Pattaya police arrested a British national who, according to the arrest warrant, unlawfully entered and destroyed the victims property.

Pattaya, November 24, 2011 [Pattaya Daily News];They arrested a Mr. James Kelly aged 35, a British citizen with a warrant issued by the Pattaya provincial court. Hewas detained at a beer bar behind Mitryon market in South Pattaya.

At the beginning of November a foreigner notified Pol. Capt. Nitipoom Bootwong at Pattaya police station, that he had quarreled with the suspect who later burst into his house and destroyed property and a car which was parked outside the house.

 

After smashing the victims property Mr. James Kelly escaped but was caught on CCTV providing evidence that he had unlawfully entered the victim’s house.

The police asked for an arrest warrant as the suspect didn’t initially surrender to the police.

At the police station Mr. James Kelly didn’t have anything to say but concealed his face in a shirt and shouted at the reporters not to take his photograph. The case is under investigation.
