Banglamung Police Station warned public to be watchful on criminal gangs around…

Banglamung Police Station held their monthly meeting to implement policy and had an open forum from the public based on the work performance of Police Officers.

Police Superintendent, Mr. Noppadol Sornsamran presided a meeting held at Banglamung Police Station, attendees for this meeting include Police Lieutenant General Mr. Pramote Ngampradit, Deputy Superintendent of Banglmaung, Committees from the Provincial Constabulary, Police Officers, District Officials and leaders from Banglamung area.

Mr. Noppadol announced in the meeting that, during July this year, the crime statistics on theft reported by the local citizen had increased, Police therefore, should impose a program for the safety and security to the citizen.

In the past the most crimes occurred are normally relating to stolen motorbikes and cars. He encouraged the people to be more careful and watchful against the criminals. People should locked or chained their vehicles.

He also stressed out to warned the people to be careful on the use of credit and ATM card as currently criminals has came up with new technique by using information system known as skimmer, this system will copy all the information from the card.

The fake card could be used to withdraw money from the ATM machine immediately. He asked the people to be more vigilant and observed the ATM machine carefully whether if everything is in order. If something is wrong with the machine, immediately report to the Police. Should the public have information on the group of criminals please don’t fail to notify the Banglamung Police Station.
