Bali Hai Pier Cleared

Pattaya operators moved their boats out Bali Hai pier after strict rule was effective.

PATTAYA – Recently [PattayaDailyNews]; According to the case that NCPO has policy to maintain tidiness for Bali Hai pier, Pattaay official issued the strict rule on operator to move out their boats within October 30.


On October 31, the operators moved out their boats after they had occupied this area for a decade.


Meanwhile, the official revealed that they will not operate further until the operators finish their pending. The official sees tidiness even though it is the first day.


Mr Wuttipol Charoenpol, chief of Pattaya clerk office, summoned sections to discuss about scheme to renovate Bali Pier and they concluded to perform operation on November 1, 2016.

Mr Wuttipol revealed that the operators almost achieve the move. Police and soldier would be in charge of filing a charge on those who disobey the strict rule and municipal would renovate the area further.


In addition, the official would demolish dock and restrict area. After that Pattaya Engineering division would draft a plan to build park, parking lot, activity field and building for naval fleet event.


Mr Wuttipol added that the official also has to cope with congestion on local road because the operator will need to move their boats through some main roads.
