Arguing Couple Leads to Shooting in Bank’s Car Park

A couple who were arguing in an underground car park of a TMB bank in Trad ended in the woman letting a fire arm off twice before the police arrived but luckily nobody was injured.

TRAD-May 13, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News];- Trad police station officer was notified that there was a shooting at TMB a (Thai Military Bank) Trad branch. The police rushed to the scene where they found a group of villagers looking into the underground car park of the bank.

The officers found a middle-age couple arguing and the female worked at the bank. The police tried to calm them down but they didn’t listen and after 10 minutes the man got into a car and drove away. The woman stayed in the car park for a while longer before driving off in her white car.

Eye witnesses told police that they had heard 2 gun shots but at first they thought it might have been firecrackers but someone had ran to see what the noise was and found the couple were arguing. He saw the woman fire the gun and immediately notified the police.
