Taai Yatra is an innovative Indian classical band led by the great tabla maestro and music master Pandit (Pt.) Suresh Talwalkar. The group presents traditional and Indian classical compositions of Pt. Suresh Talwalker, symbolizing the perfect synergy of several streams of Indian music: Dance, Vocal, Instrumental and Tabla solo music. The exceptional musical blending will convey great response from connoisseurs (performing at Rhythm Festivals), as well as from the general audience.

Performing Indian classical music in its pure form, the band has a very modern and fresh approach, by integrating the sounds of Western drum and drum and keyboards.

Theorists have always preserve the universality of world music. Tracing the history of music one may finds that the impulse in expressing innate feelings has been the prime foundation behind every musical expression. Over decades, a time to breakthe traditional ones….

All proceeds is for the benefit of Charity Projects for Children under the care of the Thai-Indian Community in Pattaya.
