Amphetamine Drug Dealer Arrested in Sattahip

Sattahip police officers have arrested a male drug dealer known as “Mac Lo Sib” as he was about to deliver 18 amphetamine pills. The police lay in wait at the delivery point and when he arrived they surrounded him he but he tried to escape crashing into some police cars before he was finally arrested.

SATTAHIP – July 28, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 12.30 a.m., Mr. Phawat Lertmookda (Sattahip sheriff), Mr. Chawat Thepthap (Deputy District Chief of Security Division) and forces of the special operation officers of the National Command Centre for Combating Drugs (NCCD), together arrested Mr. Ratwarit or Max Imkamon, aged 20, a drug agent while he was driving a gold bronze Honda Civic car, license number Kor Ngor-6803 Ang Thong, to deliver 18 amphetamine pills to a customer in Soi Phlu Ta Luang 18/1 Moo 2 Tambon Phlu Ta Luang, Amphur Sattahip, Chonburi province.

 

Mr. Phawat Lertmookda (Sattahip sheriff) revealed that after the officers found out that he was going to make a delivery of amphetamines to Soi Phlu Ta Luang 18/1 so the officers staked out the delivery point and when he arrived they surrounded his car but he tried to escape by reversing into the officers cars damaging them before he was finally arrested. Once he was arrested the police searched him and found 18 amphetamine pills. Initially, he confessed that he sold drugs in order to get money to travel, he received the drugs from Mr. Kritnarong or Boom Phosri, aged 21, who is a drug agent in the area of Amphur Ban Chang, Rayong province. The officers will now follow up their leads to arrest him and prosecute him according to the Thai law.
