Pattaya, 7th April 2011 [Pattaya Daily News]: At 4 p.m., Sri Cram Volunteer Radio Station (Pattaya, Chonburi) was informed of a large pothole in the road near the train railway at around Soi Khao Noi.

Local people are concerned that the pothole could cause road accidents for many passing vehicles, if it was not repaired immediately.

According to the road workers of Pattaya City, the large pothole has a diameter of 1 metre and a depth of 2 metres.
Based on their observation, road workers believe that water leakage from broken pipes could have eroded the road and consequently created this pothole.

Pattaya City officer will repair the road as soon as possible
