The victim, Mr. Henley Walker [75], and his Thai wife reported the incident at 6:30 pm to Pattaya Deputy Superintendent Police Lieutenant Colonel Sutham Chowsrithong. Mr. Walker described the appearances of the 4 female suspects and accompanied the police to search for them.

Luckily the suspects were still in the same baht bus and they were subsequently arrested and taken into custody. A search of the 4 women revealed a bag containing 4000 baht in cash, but the suspects claimed the money had been snatched from a Katoey who had stolen it from the victim.

However, Mr. Walker assured police that the 4 women were definitely the thieves. Police also found it hard to believe the thieves’ story so they would send the gang of snatchers for further investigation and charge them with theft.
