PATTAYA – July 20,2013 [Pattaya Daily News]; The man said that as he was at the Big C Extra parking lot in Central Pattaya, that 3 men had approached him. He continued to say that the men that approached him claimed to be police officers, they then took him onto a pick-up car where 4 other men were waiting on the car. He then said that they had forced on a black trash bag on his head in order to presumably stop him from remembering the route.

When they arrived at their destination, which was a large house, the men then ordered him to take off his shirt and file a criminal history of some sort, the men then took his wallet and the keys to his motorbike that was parked at the shopping centre. When the victim asked what the reason of the action was, the men said that he was suspected of dealing drugs, but he swiftly denied the accusation as he never took or dealt with any drugs.

He was then detained in the mentioned house, but the men released him on the following day. As soon as he was arrested, he went back home and told his relatives and parents what had happened, which lead to the complaint to the police.

Police will now try to identify the men in order to check whether they were real police officers or not.
